Snack Break Problem #13

Hello! We're back with another Snack Break problem this week (sorry for the delay!). This week's task is to create an analog clock with parts in ROBLOX. This challenge will be easier for skilled scripters, but should be a learning experience for those new to Lua and ROBLOX!
Requirements
- The clock must have three hands (hours, minutes, and seconds)
- The clock must reflect the current, real-life time (bonus points if you allow the timezone to be switched)
