How do I extend and retract a rope using Q and E? [closed]

So I want to make a Rope Stretcher that can be lowered down using a RopeConstraint but I can't wrap my head around what kind of script do I need to write. If anyone here knows what kind of script I need to write then that would be absolutely amazing.
