How do you make a player that are in cuffs(detain) tp to a block by pressing a Jail text box gui? [closed]

So for example I'm wondering how can you make it so if a player that is cuffed(detained) can go tp to a block by pressing a Jail GUI button. https://gyazo.com/c8088af77fc007ca65bde19ff484de35

^^^This is the button I want to script so that when a player is cuffed and the button is pressed, the player teleports to an assigned block.
