How would someone go about making a script where you can shoot weapons from car windows? [closed]

I am making a GTA style game. I've seen some games where if you click a certain button (keyword sometimes, but also I've seen it done with the mouse) you can shoot your weapon from the window of a car. How would you do this? How difficult would it be?
