Character does a ''Wait Idle'' after a while. How to do that? [closed]

Quick question I'm not a ''scripter'' or someone that knows too much scripting, and I've wanted to create a script that just like most of the video games/sonic games when the player doesn't touch the mouse/keyboard for a while the character does a ''wait idle'' such as playing a sound, animation for some seconds and some particles like ''zzzZZZZ''. How I would do that? Thanks. Please don't be too much professional lol
