How to make NPC talk and randomly choose player from server to talk? [CAMPING GAME] [closed]

Hello, I am wondering how to make a system where a GUI pops up with the NPC thumbnail and name to show, along with its dialogue, and at random points a random player from the server is chosen and their image is shown with their username and dialogue that we want to be shown.

^ That is what I want to achieve. If you know how to do it, please reply saying so, and if you got any questions, feel free to ask. Not alot reply to posts like these, so it will be greatly accepted. I am not a very expert scripter, so yeah. Thanks!
