Can Someone Please Tell me How to Make A Team Only StarterCharacter With Clear Instruction PLEASE? [closed]

I have 2 teams(team1 and team2) i want one of them to be a Custom Model(StarterCharacter) and the other to be Normal Roblox Avatar and also some character scripts i need to do the same
