How to make capture territory game ? [closed]

Hi , how do i make like capture territory game Explanation : Example the forest flag owns by our enemy then if we take the flag or capture it and after we capture it . we own the forest flag and its our territory like taking the flags to own the place and once the flag is captured by my team we can spawn on it and our enemy are not able to spawn once the forest flag is captured by our team
