How would I go about creating a global leaderboard? [closed]

What'd be the logic, the algorithm I could use? Please as advanced as possible, I'm not a newbie Thanks in advance

If your not a newbie try it urself. Make a script before asking on scriptinghelpers and give it to the post and we fix your script. This may be taken down soon btw
