How to make it so that when a dev product is bought it gives a certain team tools? [closed]

So basically what I want is that when a player buys lets say a Prisoner Riot product then the whole Prisoner Team gets lets say the AK47 and Key for 7 minutes. The tools would stay in the person backpack even if they die for the duration of those 7 minutes. After the 7 minutes the tools get removed from the Teams tools.
