How do i make a Custom Level Nametag? [closed]

I have no idea how to do this but how do i make a billboard gui appear above a players head with their level? Thanks in advance.

This is not a request site. Please actually attempt some code before asking the question.

Look at the developer Forum, and in particular, "Instancing", and concatenation with values, attempt some code, then come back.
