What laptops would be good for developing and testing games in roblox? [closed]

Hi friends. I want to get a laptop and am wondering which specs would be good enough to play roblox at 60 fps and use roblox studio with ease. I was wondering if the new macbook pro with vega graphics would be able to run roblox at 60 fps in games like phantom forces.

Or what laptops do you think top devs might use? Any suggestions? Should I get the macbook pro 2019?
