How make a Button that make the GUI visible to vote? [closed]

Hello. I'm trying to make a button that when player click it a Frame will be visible to all players. In this frame will be 7 names that you can vote to eliminate. There are two team Surivors and Murderer if Murderer get eliminated Surivors win.
