How to make a dialogue text engine? [closed]

Ok, I admit, I haven't tried coding this myself yet. Although I have tried researching, but all that has turned up is scrolling text engines that are used to say "Subscribe to... "

The type of text engine I'm looking for is the kind that is used a lot for dialogue, especially the one that is used heavily in the game called Camping 2.

If someone could either point me in the right direction to learn how to code this, especially how it has the player image on the left, or even maybe start the code for me, that would be heccin' awesome.
