Can some one help me 1 on 1. I am making a sandbox tycoon and need help with the scripting and more? [closed]

I am in the process of marking a game and I have the basic idea of what I want just don’t know how to proceed with it. I need help making a sandbox grid building system and a way to purchase the models use to build. Etc. can some one help me.
