Level unlock functuion based on player stats gui? [closed]

I'm trying to make a gui with a level select. I want the levels to be unlocked by player stats (Gold XP ect.) If locked it will make a beep sound when you click. If unlocked it will teleport you to another place. I've tried if then scripts but I does not work please help.
