the spawn points don't register. Can anyone help? [closed]

I'm making a game where you spawn at a neutral spawn, there is a team changer there. You step on the team you want, it kills you, but you spawn at the neutral spawn. I've changed the Team Colors, tried a bunch of tutorials online, but nothing works. Please helP!
