I need help with a God Power Script that doesnt seem to work? [closed]

So first of all its not mine but the script works but when I use it if I kill someone for the other guy there still alive with no health loss and other players cant see the powers that I can see and use also everyone else can use these powers so idk but I tried alot to fix these problems
