How can I become a better scripter? [closed]
I've looked at quite a few website guides to improve scripting but I always come back to the same problem: I never know how and when to apply what I have learned. Are there any websites/guides or methods to get a better depth on scripting? That would be great if possible.

Whenever someone (indirectly) ask's me how to be a better programmer, I all ways say, Don't jump straight into something advanced as RBX.lua, Instead take baby steps with programming languages such as Scratch.
Well... You could look at some other scripts other people made... Then look how they did it... Then when you've made some alterations to make it fit your purpose, you could move on, and do more advance stuff... Then after you could like do a script all by yourself... Something simple to start, then when it get complicated, and there's an error, you come here, tell us the problem... And we'll help you? :3 Hope it helped. P.S. It also helps if you help other people script...

If you want to become a better scripter, you need to practise your scripting skills. Use Roblox Wikia or take scripting classes. There are even books about lua that you can buy. The most important thing is that you need do it often and have the patience to fix it if your scripts doesn't work.
