Is there any way to make a team specific force field? [closed]

I was wondering if there is a way to make a team specific force field. One things is that would it be possible to make it to where the force field will be given right when you change teams so there is no giver you have to press to get the force field. If all of my questions are true, I would really appreciate it if you made directions to make it possible.
