Making a Vehicle - why do my tires fall off? [closed]

Hi, I've made a simple car before which worked so I kinda understand how to make it. Then, I tried to create a car with a more complicated shape. I've attached the wheels/tires with hinges connecting to the car's body, however when I start the game they simply fall off. Does anyone know what could be an issue?

Notes: - parts are not anchored - VehicleSeat and Seat are Weld'ed (WeldConstraint) to the main vehicle body (VehCore)
