How can i make this tank work and fire? [closed]

I got this model and want it to fire and make the head turn like a real tank(360 degrees) but I don't know how. I also want the firing tube to move up and down like a real tank. This is not a request site. This is for helping you with scripts that don't work or don't function the way you want them to. Don't ask people to do things for you other than help you.
