How do I add a script that teleports the player to the map when everybody dies? [closed]

I'm creating a zombie game, and I wanted to add a script that teleported the players to the map when the games over i.e everyone dies. I also wanted one that teleports players back to the lobby when they die. Can someone help me out, because I know nothing about scripting.
