How do I rotate an ImageLabel? [closed]

Hi! I am trying to make an ImageLabel rotate for my loading screen. I am currently trying to make a loading screen for my game and I need to make a ImageLabel rotate. The image I am using is https://d2v9y0dukr6mq2.cloudfront.net/video/thumbnail/IevwMJs/loading-circle-gradient-w-alpha-60fps_h66z0h3g__F0000.png

I have searched around for one that actually fits what I am trying to do but I guess I am not looking far enough. Help please..?

I don't know how to make this like at all and I already deleted my previous tries so I don't have any code atm,
