Is there a way to change the color of the RightHand without changing the color of the whole arm? [closed]

When you try to change the color of the RightHand it changes in the properties, but it doesn't physically change. Also, Body Colors in characters doesn't have the property of RightHand it just has RightArm, so I was wondering if there was a way to just change the color of the hand without changing the color of the whole arm
