Anyone can help creating inject tool for my ro-bio fangame? [closed]

Im making an Ro-Bio 2 fan game, and it would be called Ro-Npc, and i need to know how to make an inject tool, like getting from them health, or putting them the virus, just i dont know how, Please help?
