How do I add a god bind key? [closed]

The key pressing should only be directed to one certain player. How to make this happen??

Ex. PLAYERNAME presses key "r" and hes godded. He presses it again and hes ungodded.

I believe this to be very complicated; thank you to whoever answers it for me <3
