How do I make a custom Accessory made out of parts wearable? [closed]

I have created a bulletproof vest out of parts in Studio and put it inside of a Accessory. I have tried everything like renaming a part 'Handle', adding an Attachment, and adding TouchInterest. However, when I try walking over it to put it on, nothing happens. Currently all faces in the vest are Smooth, it is anchored & not cancollide; the middle part of the vest is named 'Handle' and it contains an attachment & a TouchInterest. I am not sure if this is supposed to be posted here on ScriptingHelpers but there is pretty much nowhere else to ask a question like this, if my post gets deleted please direct me to a place where I can ask questions like this.
