Paste a User's Avatar Appearance onto a Dummy? [closed]

How would I go about loading the avatar appearance from one UserId onto a dummy object?

What i'm looking for is a feature similar to AlreadyPro's "LoadCharacter" plugin, which creates a new Humanoid object with the same appearance as the given username.

I dont need the input to be a username--UserId works just fine--I just need to load the character's appearance, either on a new humanoid, or on an existing Dummy.
