Anyone Know How To Make Water Rise For An Obby Part? [closed]

Ok so i'm making an obby and at this one part I want water to rise up for a set amount of time and then reset I want th water to start rising when a player reaches a certain range Or have a message appear saying "Quick Get To High Land, The Water Is Rising" so if anyone knows how to do this i would gladly appreciate it im not that good with scripting haha
