How to render objects based on distance to player? [closed]

I see this is the case with island Royale, where objects would be very simple far away but become detailed the closer you get. I also see this with houses in Meepcity.

How do you achieve this with code? Or do you just rely on roblox's engine to enable streaming and that's it?
