(?) How Roblox creates unions with triangles [closed]

Ok so, Roblox provides us with a solid modeling feature called unioning. How Roblox creates them is by using triangles, pretty much wedges, to fill the block, but my question is:

How does Roblox use triangles to fill in the block and not filling in the area of the negative part?
