Need help making a bunch of scripts for a Zombie Survival game, Help? [closed]

I want an NPC that jumpscares you when it touches you, something that makes a sound when it walks and damages you until you're low health then kills you by jumping onto your screen. No picture jumpscares cuz those are just messed up. I also want a 'pick up: ' script that spawns a weapon on a part but when it's taken it cant be taken again by anyone for 20 mins. Anyone help?
