How can You make a brick collide able in game with a command for certain users? [closed]

I want to create a command which only a person in within our group rank would be able to use. The command would be able to make a brick collide able if a person of that group rank says something similar to [stagebrickcolideable. It wouldn't have to be a command, but it also could be a button.
