How can I make Khol's admin have only a CERTAIN command? [closed]

I am making a hotel, and I'm trying to make my room system. I can't be bothered doing a whole lot of scripting, so I'm going to be using Khol's admin. Is there a way to make it so only moderator can do a certain command, such as: the give command?

You can't be bothered to do a whole lot of scripting. So you proceed to go onto this site and ask an absolute pointless question that is in no way, shape or form, relevant to scripting.
