How to do script where you can see forms submitted through the game.? Like a password stealer. But im not trying to steal passwords i want to do a servey :D

Okay so i dont know how do do this. But you can make your own website where you ask a servey with weebly.com and jimdo.com In your game you can say "Link to forum" and show them your website, was i helpful? I hope your not trying to scam though
