GUI making help [closed]

Make a simple moving GUI like "chat voice" yet simpler like Norton internet security pop ups that come from the side of the screen say what program it is then goes back and hides itself inside the screen. I have tried forum/wiki and the wont work. Can you reading this help me create a script where when clicked a GUI the little pop up sides out of the side of the screen (In full screen mode not small screen) then after about 4seconds sides back the same way it came out.

If you want us to create the full thing for you, that is not going to happen. Alternatively, we can help you create the thing.

Also, the wiki does work. You just got to put some effort in learning the language.
