How do I make a working arrest system? [closed]

So basically this is relating to lua. Well I need a script for a tool and a GUI. I will make the tool and GUI and all I need it the script to insert in it. For the tool when I click on someone it does a cuffing/detaining animation than a GUI pops up saying frisk detain or release for frisk its to search what is inside a person inventory than detain is to teleport a person to a certain spawn location and give them a prison uniform and 315 seconds of jail. For release it just uncuffs them. Now if they do need arrested I’ll make a GUI but I need a script where they have a chose to pay for bail or they can stay in jail and a timer shows how much time they have left. Inside that team they will have no GUI and no tools.
