How to make a Thirst and or Hunger Script?(With regening) [closed]

I asked a question on how to make a thirst and hunger gui but i still need help on the scripts. If you can tell me how to just make a thirst gui then i will fix the other one too. I need EXACT ways or steps on what I'm supposed to do. PLEASE HELP ME. THANK YOU.
