I want to script handcuffs but don't know how? [closed]

I need help making handcuffs that respawn a specific team back to their spawn point. Like for example, as a cop, you can arrest the Prisoners but not the Police. I really need help with that because I am a very new scripter and I only know very basic functions, variables and stuff like that (I already have the mesh and welding done, I just need the scripting)
