Can someone help me make a punching that take damage over time and a brainwash power? [closed]

I'm trying to make a boku no hero acadmia game with some of my friends. So i am wondering if someone can help me build two power scripts one power is that if you press e you can use it for 10 seconds if you touch/punch someone they will start losing 10 health then it will have a cool down of 15 seconds. The other power is about something that can brainwash people, its going to be a part like a purple circle around you that only comes when you press q then the circle will disappear. If anyone is in the range of the circle/ inside of the circle you will be able to control all of the player movements and attacks for 20 seconds then you will have a cool down of 45 seconds.. I know its like a whole essay but can someone please help me do it or teach me? Bai Bai
