How to make one random person be the "it" and make them morph? [closed]

Ok so thanks for trying to answer my question. Im making this game where one random person becomes the guy that chases the rest. You know its kinda like the game "Darkness: where light become your weapon". I just want to know the script of the choosing of 1 random person to become the "it" and how to morph that person into something. And if you can, i would like to know the script for the roulette that chooses the "it", like in SHarkbite. THANKS! :D
