Dynamic movement when you move you camera with r15? [closed]

Hello people on scriptinghelpers i have a question. How do you make Dynamic movement when you move you Camera like ok Jail break. I have tried to rotate the upper torso when you move your camera but that doesn't work. I have also tried to rotate the welds but i can't find the right one to rotate. So if there is anyone who knows how to do that that would be amazing! :D
