How do I send a chat messages to all players? [closed]

My end goal is something like this, http://prntscr.com/gi1q12 (From Vehicle Simulator).

Can we stop moderating a million questions that are not constructive? I want an actual question that shows them trying it, and having an issue. hiimgoodpack 2009 — 7y

This isn't a request site. The point is to write the script, then come here if you're not sure about something or you're having a problem with something, not "Hey, how do I script this?" gitrog 326 — 7y

On the roblox wiki they talk about how you can modify the chat here: http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Lua_Chat_System

More specifically, here's the section where they had a speaker and send messages with it: http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=Lua_Chat_System#Message_Creator_Modules Looks like, in the chat module in the editor, you add your script there within a folder.
