Sandbox placement [IM A NOOB]? [closed]

Edit: I Was thinking about creating a game where you build with a sandbox-grid placement system I've attempted so many times saw so many guides but I still don't understand .-.

please someone help me its been my dream to create a game since I was a wee child <3
