How do you make a brick that gives you developer products? [closed]

What i mean is a brick were if you click one of those chat bubble things that it gives you the developer products let's say there are two a coffee and a donuts the chat bubble will have

coffee donuts exit

If you choose coffee it goes into a marketplace-service that gives you the developer product same for donuts

If you buy on e then it will give you the tool to use

So can someone help me?
