How Do You Make Magic Spells? Like, Fireballs [closed]

   Well,I wanted to learn the basics to how to make a elemental spell. Example- Press "e" then a fireball shoots out of your hand after your character does an animation. Please E-mail [email protected] When You are ready. =-)
