How do you script with a murder game? [closed]

I am making a murder game, and when the game starts, We need to randomise the Sheriff, Murderer, and Innocents. How can I add a knife and gun that gives them the tools they need so The murderer gets a knife, the sheriff gets a 1 hit KO gun ( only used to kill the murderer, if shoots innocent, the innocent and the sheriff dies and the gun is free to take but the murderer can't take it ) and add the spectate GUI so I can make a murder game?
