How to make Following Arms and Head script on R15 Body? [closed]

Hello, I still confused how to make Rotating Arms and Heads on FPS mode with R15 ( Like Jailbreak, Work at pizza place ) Not recommended on FPS Camera, but I suggest you to use FPS better. If you got any idea about this article answer it please. The script is needed! Thanks!
