How do you change the running animations, and play animations when creating parts as well? [closed]

like for a naruto move, almighty push, i want the pushing animation when i create the growing sphere to play, also i want a running animation to play when im running... i havent tried anything mostly cuz i dont know at all what to do... also how do you add cooldown to things ;-;
